To access Progress Tracker, you can click the tab on the Trading Programs homepage or from the 'Trading Programs' menu.
If this tab is not available to you, you may need to request app access from one of your channel admin users. Users will be able to see the progress of agreements with any trading partner for which they have Reports (read) access.
Alternatively, please reach out to our team to request that Progress Tracker is switched on for your channel if this is not yet available for your channel admin users.
Before viewing progress of your trading programs, you will see status tiles at the top of Progress Tracker. This gives you quick insight into the information used to calculate your progress data.
In addition to the trading partner tiles, you will also see a panel to search by program line or trading partner - this allows you to search using program line references and trading partner names (e.g. suppliers or customers) simultaneously.
When you first access Progress Tracker, the default view will show trading partners ordered by transactions. Other views are also available, which we cover in more detail in the View filters article.
Each trading partner shows the trading partner name, alongside the number of active program lines and the value of potential rebate for these program lines.
Note: By default, only targeted program lines are shown. To show non-targeted program lines, see the Advanced view section.
Headline tiles are then displayed for the supplier or customer, which you can click on to view more information:
The main headline figure shows the total value of transactions between you and your trading partner for the year to date (i.e. 1st January up to the latest transaction date for your Enable channel).
The % difference displays the change in the total value of transactions between last year and this year, up until the same date last year.
For example, if the latest transaction date is 20th November 2023, the % change is calculated using transactions from 1st January 2022 to 20th November 2022, and the same period for 2023.
The tile can be expanded to show the total value of last year’s transactions.
For example, if the latest transaction date is 20th November 2023, last year’s transactions would be the sum of transactions from 1st January 2022 to 20th November 2022.
The main headline figure shows the total value of rebate earned on transactions between you and your trading partner for the year to date (i.e. 1st January up to the latest transaction date for your Enable channel).

The tile can be expanded to show the total value of last year’s rebate.
For example, if the latest transaction date is 20th November 2023, this year's rebate would be the amount earned on transactions from 1st January 2023 to 20th November 2023, and last year’s rebate would be the amount earned on transactions between 1st January 2022 to 20th November 2022.
The headline tile for the trading partner will show you the largest rebate opportunity out of the tiered program lines for this trading partner, which is the best opportunity available. Find out more about how the opportunity score is calculated in our article on what is progress tracker.
The tile can be expanded to show details specific to the program line with the highest opportunity score:
Note: The opportunity score will display as N/A when a program line has already hit the highest tier, or where there is no target band to hit. These can be useful to identify where additional target bands or incentives can be renegotiated with your trading partners.
The headline tile for the trading partner will show you the number of days remaining on the program line that is ending soonest for that trading partner: in other words, the first expiring opportunity.
The tile can be expanded to show details specific to the program line with the nearest expiring opportunity:
This tile will take you to the trading partner’s organization in a new browser tab.
Details of how program lines are progressing are shown as follows, using the same logic for values as the trading partner headline tiles above.
Tip: These references are also searchable using the search bar at the top of Progress Tracker.
Note: If the forecasting module is not used for the program line, then the forecast value is generated via linear extrapolation of current transactions. If the forecasting module is enabled, then this value will be driven by that forecast, replacing the basic linear extrapolation value.
- Green - All targets are met, so there are no more additional targets.
- Yellow - You are forecast to meet the next target.
- Red - You are forecast to miss the next target.
Alongside the bar, the number of target bands beyond the current band being progressed will be displayed.
For example, +2 if the current target band is not yet met, and if 2 additional target bands exist beyond the current band.
- Green - Over 15% ahead of progress to next band bar.
- Yellow - Between 15% behind and 15% ahead of progress to next band bar.
- Red - Over 15% behind progress to next band bar.
Clicking on the progress bars will then show you detailed progress towards the target bands for the program line.
