Check for recalculated program lines

In some situations, it may be useful to verify that a given change to data, such as the addition of new transactions, or a change to program line configuration has resulted in the expected program line(s) being recalculated, or to find out how long it took for the calculation process to recalculate program lines.

Admin users are therefore able to check the calculation process history by navigating to the Config menu, clicking Processing in the drop-down menu and selecting the Calculation History tab. Here, you will be able to view any program lines that have been recalculated within the last 24 hours (as shown in the screenshot below).

At the top right of the screen you will see a section noting the count of all calculations completed within the last 24 hours, referred to as 'jobs processed'. If any calculations have recently completed, you will also see when a calculation was most recently completed.

As on the Calculation Queue page, you can filter the calculation history so that you can find particular calculations easier. As you can see in the screenshot above, you can filter by Supplier name, start date and time of the calculation, the completed date and time of the calculation, and the reason the calculation was queued.

You can also navigate to the edit page for a program line from this page by clicking on the reference of the program line within the list.
