Price lists need to be created and added to a special pricing agreement (SPA) prior to contract approval, if the SPA uses a support mechanism which requires a price list.
This article will guide you through how to find price lists for SPAs.
Price lists for SPAs are located within the Config area.
Channel admin users with Pricing app access will have access to the Config area and pricing configuration within Enable. If you require additional help, please reach out to our support team here.
To navigate to price lists via the Special pricing agreements app:
Step 1: Click on Config in the green banner at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click on Pricing in the drop-down menu.
You will be automatically navigated to the Price lists area within the Trading programs app.
