Trading programs can be searched, edited, replicated or deleted at any point, as long as you have the relevant read or edit permission for the program lines associated with the selected trading partner.
You can also view your trading programs via the trading programs list, by selecting List in the menu.
To manage your trading programs per trading partner, click on Trading partners (e.g. Suppliers or Customers) in the menu that appears at the top of your page. This will take you to a page containing a list of your trading partners.
After selecting a trading partner from this list, you will notice a display panel appear from the right of your screen. This panel contains a list of trading programs that have been created for your selected trading partner.
Within this list, there is also a Proposals tab containing those trading programs that have not yet been activated (please see the Set up your trading programs section for information on activating proposal trading programs).
Within the Trading programs tab, upon selecting a trading program and clicking View, you will be taken to a new page where you will be able to manage your trading programs for a given trading partner. This page includes a number of tabs near the top of your screen for you to click on, as follows:
The Program lines tab (seen below) allows any user who has access to the selected trading partner to view a list of the program lines that have been configured for a given trading program, select a particular program line from the list and then view the settings for that program line.
If a user has edit access to the selected trading partner, they will also be able to add new program lines (via the Create program line button) or edit (via the Edit program line button).
Clicking on the Settings tab will take you to the trading program’s settings page. Here, you will be able to view and edit a number of trading program settings (as long as you have edit access to the selected trading partner). In the Terms tab, you can also add any accompanying notes that you may require.
Finally, by clicking on the Analysis tab, you will be taken to the trading program’s analysis page, which is available to all users who have read and/or edit access to the program lines page for the selected trading partner.
