The Company 

ANB is a leading Canadian distributor of Over-The-Counter (OTC) healthcare, sports nutrition, and cosmetic products, specializing in bringing niche global and domestic brands to retailers nationwide. 

With over 20 years of experience in the highly regulated $40B Canadian OTC market, ANB acts as vendor of record for its supplier partners—managing logistics, regulatory approval, marketing, and retail placement. The Challenges 

Manual, Error-Prone Systems 

Prior to its digital transformation, ANB managed rebates and co-op programs through a proprietary pricing system that relied heavily on manual data entry. Each new program required significant administrative work to set up and track, which not only slowed down reporting but also introduced a high risk of human error. 

Scaling Without Added Resources 

As ANB’s sales volumes and rebate programs grew, its pricing and rebate management team remained the same size. This created a scalability problem—more programs to track with the same limited resources.
