She began her career as a Credit Controller at KTC, a food manufacturing company, before transitioning to Rivo, a software firm in Warwick, where she gained experience as an Accounts Assistant and later in Revenue Accounting. It was during this time that Pav embarked on her ACCA qualification journey. In 2019, Pav joined Geberit as a Controlling Accountant, where her responsibilities include key sales and contract reporting, margin analysis, and KPI reporting. She also plays a vital role in auditing and documenting internal controls, serving as the local GICS co-ordinator for internal control audits in preparation for Group audits.
