From highlighting true deal profitability before approval to uncovering insights with a personalized, AI-powered experience, these updates will help you reduce manual errors, collaborate seamlessly, and make confident, data-driven decisions.
A new user access setting now allows admins to control who can delete active rebate agreements. With the “Can delete active trading programs” permission, you can prevent users from deleting agreements with a status of ‘Active’, ‘Interim’, ‘For Signing’, or ‘Fully Signed’. This reduces the risk of accidental deletions, especially for customers with edit access and manual workflows. The update strengthens data integrity and gives teams greater control over finalized agreements.
An additional option for scheduling claims frequency has been added to support custom calendar dates for those who prefer end of calendar periods rather than end of agreement. This allows for cashflow optimization, rather than minimizing processing dates.

A new Net Price tab on each agreement provides a detailed pricing waterfall that factors in all incentives, including invoice-level discounts, delivering a complete and accurate view of deal profitability. Sales, pricing, and finance teams can use this insight prior to agreement approval to make faster, more confident approval decisions. Surfacing this data directly within the agreement supports more strategic deal-making and helps protect margins.
To improve communication and streamline collaboration, users can now leave internal or shared comments directly on a SPA. Internal comments are visible only to your team, while external comments can be shared with collaborators to ensure alignment throughout the agreement lifecycle. A new comments icon in the collapsible side panel highlights when unviewed comments are present, helping users stay up to date. This feature reduces miscommunication and keeps key discussions organized and accessible in one place.
