New Features In Enable to Simplify Rebate Workflows

In our latest release, we’re rolling out powerful new features to enhance SSO flexibility, simplify SPA approvals, and improve payment tracking. From automated workflows to efficient price management, these updates are designed to reduce manual effort and ensure accuracy across all your rebate programs.

Trading Programs

Enhanced Single Sign-On Configuration

Email addresses, while commonly used for Single Sign-on (SSO) authentication, can be unreliable due to issues like reuse, changes, or multiple addresses per user. To address this, we’ve added support for custom Subject NameIDs, allowing organizations to use a unique ID from their Identity Provider (IDP) as the primary identifier.

On the first login, the user’s email is used to locate their account, and the IDP-provided NameID is stored. For all future logins, the NameID ensures seamless access, even if the user’s email changes or becomes out of sync. This enhancement offers IT teams a more robust and reliable SSO configuration, minimizing disruptions and simplifying user management.

Flexible Adjustments to Claims

This feature enhances our Users with 'Read and Write' access or admin privileges can now make adjustments to Claim values at any stage of the Claims workflow, whether during the draft phase or post-approval to address disputes. This update simplifies maintaining accurate claims without the need for a full query and adjusting to match payment values, streamlining the management process and minimizing operational delays.

Special Pricing Agreements (SPAs)

Automated Approval Workflow

We’re excited to introduce automated Approval Workflows for Special Pricing Agreements! When multiple teams—such as pricing, finance, and sales—are involved in creating or reviewing SPAs, Approval Workflows ensure every agreement is thoroughly vetted for accuracy and profitability before it’s finalized.

Admins first define required approver groups, which can range from individuals to entire teams. They then create custom workflows with one or more steps, each tied to an approval group. Steps can also include criteria that trigger approval only if met, such as if an agreement’s gross margin is below a specific percent, ensuring targeted oversight for complex or higher-risk agreements. Once the workflow begins, reviewers are notified via in-app notifications and emails, making it easy to approve or reject SPAs quickly and with full visibility into the process. With the ability to set up automated approvals, teams can collaborate more efficiently, minimize errors, and align SPAs with compliance and profitability goals.
