We’re excited to introduce our latest release, full of new features designed to simplify rebate program management and fuel your growth. Discover what's new below:
Compliance, accuracy, and data integrity are core to our products, and the new Global UoM auditability feature is no exception. It provides full visibility into any changes made to unit of measurement data within your programs, with a comprehensive audit trail that gives teams confidence when updating and tracking rebate agreements.
For example, when a channel user updates the Global UoM master CSV, the User Activity Log records the edit, showing who made the change, when it happened, and the description “Global UoM master list uploaded.”
To simplify agreement setup, users can now group company branches by region or other attributes, eliminating the need to select each branch individually. This improvement ensures that support is calculated accurately based on where units are sold. Additionally, users can set rules for branch transfers to determine if inter-regional sales qualify for support, making it easier to manage complex inventory movement scenarios.
We've added French and German to the platform’s language options, improving usability for international teams and trading partners. With just a few clicks, users can switch to their preferred language.
For Cost and Quantity Ledger users, the Support Report now features a "PO Receipt" column, offering visibility into the purchase orders linked to sales and returns. This enhancement improves transparency in transaction matching and clarifies the cost basis used for support calculations.
To simplify claim approvals, users can now designate specific collaborators for each claim. This improvement creates a more efficient workflow, reduces compliance risks, and cuts down on unnecessary notifications, particularly for trading partners with multiple points of contact.
To enhance comment management on Claims, users can now easily switch between "Internal" and "External" settings in the comment section. External comments are shared with collaborators as needed, while internal comments stay visible only to your team, ensuring discussions are directed to the appropriate audience.
After a Claim has been generated, users can now easily modify it to add or remove agreements. This flexibility ensures the correct agreements are grouped into a Claim and Claim totals are accurate.
