Often people know what causes them pain but do not have a clear idea on what a suitable solution would look like. We listen to you carefully so that we can understand your overall needs. We can quickly assess and explain whether we can help, and if so, explain how.

Agree Objectives/Scope
Once it has been determined that we can help to meet your needs we then need to agree the specific business objectives that you are looking to meet. These will be documented so that both parties can work towards common goals. The project scope will define exactly what the software project is going to achieve, as well as what won't be covered.

Make Recommendations
We will suggest ideas and take you through our proposals for how we see that your requirements can be met. We will provide an initial estimate for the effort, timescales and costs involved.
