Introducing Circle.
Enable uses Circle within its own business to manage a range of processes. The following screenshots show how Circle has been applied to handle the billing process within Enable. A-Z listing of top level entities - in this case, clients. You can filter by letter of the alphabet, run a simple keyword search or a more advanced search to open a specific client record.

Pressing the search button renders a hierarchy of all the templates in the system. Clicking on any of them will allow them to be searched.

Advanced search: very advanced.
Clicking into 'Clients' renders each of the fields within the Projects template that can be searched. Note that the user can ‘check’ each field that they want to have returned in the search results, can enter ranges for any numeric field and select zero or more values from lookup lists.

From this screen you can generate a CSV file (for use in Excel® or an external system) or an Adobe® PDF version of the results (to distribute by email). The search can be saved as a report to allow the same criteria to be used instantly in future. The results of a search can be sorted by any column. Clicking on a row takes the user to the record.
Beautiful reports.

Beautiful reports.
The reporting engine that is built into Circle supports a myriad of features such as aggregation, chart output, record counts, averages and totals. With the aggregation features, a couple of clicks is all it takes to alter a report to analyse data by a different column, giving a completely different view of your records.
Build them yourself.

The Circle report builder puts a huge selection of features at your fingertips. You can pick and choose from these to achieve the exact report output you are looking for. Each report can have multiple 'criteria fields' allowing the user to specify criteria on a small subset of the total number of fields prior to generating the report.
Analyse your data.

Analyse your data.
In this report there was a requirement to aggregate the records by 'Category', so that a segment of the pie chart could be rendered for each category. On the aggregation tab below you can see how this has been configured.
Why not add some charts?

Why not add some charts?
The charting module is really easy to use. Several report types are available such as pie charts, radar charts, bar charts, line charts. Plenty of features are included such as targets, point labels, split Y1 + Y2 axis, color coding and bar chart stacking. Custom reports can be authored using the industry standard XSLT templating language.
Fixed-frequency records.
11
Fixed-frequency records.
With Circle, templates can be configured to force records into a fixed frequency. This example shows a template where one record exists for each week of the year. Frequency options available are as follows: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually.
Customer-specific branding
12
Customer-specific branding
Circle is typically branded with the client's logo and colour scheme. The branding is achieved using cascading style sheets (CSS). This allows the presentation to be altered quite radically to match a client's corporate identity guidelines. All aspects of the interface are customizable using CSS.
Bulk imports.
13
Bulk imports.
Data can be easily imported from spreadsheets by end users. The import process is fast and easy to administer. Any exceptions or errors are detailed thoroughly in plain English once the import has completed.
Bulk data cleansing.
14
Bulk data cleansing.
The Circle data cleansing module allows corrections to be made to records en-mass. The user can filter down the total records to a subset using the search engine. They can then specify the rules for the bulk update. That's the end of the tour. To find out more about Circle, please contact us.
